Al’s Ark is a 45′ cruiser stern narrowboat with a recently (2019) fitted new beta marine engine (currently circa 3,000 hrs) and new PRM150 gear box (2019).
Being a traditional internal layout, ideal for liveaboards or extended cruising, from the stern the accommodation comprises of; Cabin, bathroom, galley, saloon, forward cratch cover over bow well deck.
The boat has a new calorifier (hotwater cylinder – installed 2022) as well as an inverter which was recently installed which is a Sterling Pro Power Q Quasi Sine Wave 1800Watt Inverter (Sept 2021).
Having 4 x domestic batteries as well as a dedicated starter battery the boat is well equipped for off grid cruising and self sufficiency.
The boat has a morso squirrel multi fuel stove, LPG cooker with hob and has a boat safety which runs until 2026.
Requiring some cosmetic updating the boat would make an ideal project for someone who wishes to put their own stamp on it.
